All participants are required to check in at the Welcome Desk upon arrival. The Welcome Desk will be located near the entrance of each conference venue. Upon registration, participants will receive a conference badge. Each badge will include a QR code providing direct access to the conference programme.
The Official Opening will inaugurate the conference with welcome addresses from university authorities and representatives of the SEA-EU Alliance. The ceremony will introduce the conference themes and officially commence the event.
A selection of snacks and beverages will be available during the coffee break. The catering has been prepared in accordance with the dietary preferences indicated during registration.
