DESCRIPTION:A 45-minute outdoor wellbeing session combining a brief introduction to diaphragmatic breathing and simple relaxation techniques with guided breathwork. The session is designed to help participants reduce tension\, regulate attention and experience practical methods of recovery in a natural seaside environment. No previous experience is required.
